It’s a new year. I’m sure with a new year comes questions of what big ideas you will implement in to push your company farther and extend your reach to new shoppers. Our goals won’t be something we truly believe we can hit. Why would anyone make a commitment they couldn’t keep? Honesty is the best policy.
- How Can I Help? Since our main goal is growth, we, of course, want to help others grow too! So, our motto is how can I help? We want to help you and your team reach their goals, so let’s make a roadmap on how we can help reach those goals a little easier.
- Tell Me What Works and What Doesn’t: If at first, you don’t succeed, try, try again. The same advertising roadmap won’t work for every one of our clients. So, we will make tweaks as we build our partnership to find the best advertising tactics for your company.
- No Brilliant Jerks. (Yes, Even You!): We like to believe our company is a pretty autonomous bunch. So, why would we want one employee to think they are better than anyone else? Everyone here, at Hivewyre, is on an equal playing field. We don’t want any brilliant jerks to think they are above the system. We are a family and we work together as one to reach our goals. Brilliant jerks just hurt the process.
